Unknown Group and we are working together with Bayer Foundation to search for early stage impact startups who would like to validate their solutions.

Every year, Bayer Foundation, together with the Ingolstadt School of Management join forces in the Social Impact Startup Academy (SISTAC) to help entrepreneurs from Sub-Saharan Africa validate and prove their solutions, with the goal of helping these entrepreneurs grow their business. 

Incentives are:

  • Access to mentors from the Ingolstadt School of Management
  • Access to Bayer Foundation network
  • Business consultation free of charge
  • Access to funding possibilities and competitions
  • Access to SISTAC knowledge database
  • Access to workshops and events

Criteria:

  • Main focus on Sustainable Development Goals 2 and 3 (zero hunger, and health and wellbeing).
  • Should be in the validation stage, that is, the startup has some customers (is past the idea stage) but is looking to optimise and validate their solution to grow.
  • Preference for female founders (or co-founders) but not a hard criteria. 
  • Must be founded and operate within Sub Saharan Africa. 
  • Must be for profit.
