Robert M. Yawson, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management and Interim Chair of the Entrepreneurship, Strategy and International Business Department at the School of Business, Quinnipiac University, CT. Robert serves on the Faculty Senate and is a member of the Senate Executive Committee. He is the Chair of the University Education Committee; a member of the Curriculum Review Committee, University Learning Assessment Council, and the Board of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Service to Students. Robert is the recipient of the prestigious Center for Excellence in Teaching Award in 2018. He was named the 2018 Faculty Scholar of the Year, and the recipient of the 2020 James Marshall Award for Service. Robert is Co-Editor-In-Chief of the Organization Management Journal, Editor, Business and Management Section of SageOpen, Associate Editor of the Human Resource Development Quarterly, and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Business and Systems Research. Robert also serves on the Editorial Board of the following journals: Advances in Developing Human Resources, Industrial and Commercial Training, and Human Resource Development Review. Robert is a member of the Board of Directors of the Academy of Human Resource Development; and a member of the Board of Governors of the Eastern Academy of Management.
