Lerato Lehoko

Lerato is a development finance practitioner currently serving as the managing director of Bonds4Jobs – the first impact bond platform launched in South Africa (by the Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator and Yellowwoods Investments) to accelerate the skilling of youth that are not in employment, education or training for economic opportunities. Prior to joining Bonds4Jobs, Lerato held various roles in investment banking and insurance. She holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town and a MPhil Development Finance from Stellenbosch University Business School (cum laude).
